Corporate Training that changes how your people actually work
We run workshops, coaching sessions and multi-week programmes for organisations across England. Each one is built around your team's real gaps, not a generic slide deck.
Book an initial conversationThe gap most companies ignore
Hiring talented people is only half the equation. Without regular development, skills plateau within eighteen months. Managers default to habits instead of strategy. Teams communicate in silos.
We see this pattern in organisations of every size, from 30-person agencies to 2,000-employee logistics firms. The symptoms differ but the root cause is the same: training happens once, if at all, and then everyone goes back to business as usual.
What we do differently
Our programmes are designed in two-week sprints. We interview your stakeholders, observe real workflows, and draft a curriculum specific to the problems you described. Nothing is off the shelf.
Each session includes practice tasks that participants complete between meetings. By the end of a programme, your people have rehearsed new behaviours enough times that the change sticks. We measure retention at 30, 60 and 90 days after delivery.
What we teach
Four core programme areas. Each can run as a standalone workshop or a multi-session series spread over several weeks.
Leadership and management
For new managers stepping into their first role and experienced leaders who want to sharpen delegation, feedback and decision-making. Sessions run in cohorts of eight to twelve, with individual coaching calls between group meetings.
Compliance and regulation
GDPR refreshers, health and safety updates, anti-bribery awareness and sector-specific regulatory modules. We keep sessions short, usually ninety minutes, and build in scenario exercises so the content feels relevant rather than box-ticking.
Communication and collaboration
Presentation skills, written communication, cross-functional teamwork and conflict resolution. Participants practise with real scenarios drawn from their own workplace, recorded and reviewed in a safe environment.
Technical and digital skills
Spreadsheet fluency, data analysis fundamentals, project management tools and AI literacy workshops. We pair each session with a hands-on task that mirrors something participants will do on Monday morning.
How a typical engagement runs
Discovery call
A 30-minute conversation where we learn about your team, current challenges and timeline. No sales pitch.
Needs analysis
We interview up to five stakeholders and review any existing training materials or performance data you can share.
Programme design
We draft the curriculum, share it for your review, and refine until the scope matches your goals and budget.
Delivery and follow-up
Sessions are delivered on-site or virtually. We send a summary report with participant feedback and retention metrics.
Outcomes our clients report
- Managers at a 200-person fintech company reduced meeting time by 35% after completing our delegation workshop series.
- A logistics firm in the Midlands passed its annual compliance audit with zero findings for the first time in four years.
- An NHS trust improved internal survey scores on "communication from leadership" by 22 percentage points within six months.
- A creative agency retained 94% of staff through a restructure after running our change-management programme for team leads.
- Participants across all programmes rate the experience 4.6 out of 5 on average, based on post-session surveys collected since 2019.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can attend a single session?
We cap most workshops at fifteen participants. Larger groups dilute interaction and make practice exercises impractical. If you need to train more people, we run multiple cohorts on a staggered schedule.
Do you deliver training virtually?
Yes. About 40% of our current programmes are fully remote, using video conferencing with breakout rooms and shared documents. We also run hybrid formats where some participants join from an office and others dial in.
What does a programme typically cost?
Pricing depends on the number of sessions, group size and whether bespoke content design is involved. A single half-day workshop for up to twelve people starts at around £1,800. Multi-session programmes are quoted individually after the discovery call.
Can you work with teams outside England?
We have delivered virtual programmes for teams in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. For on-site delivery outside our immediate area, travel costs are added to the quote.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a standard workshop. Bespoke programmes with original content design typically need six to eight weeks of lead time.
Do participants receive any materials afterwards?
Every attendee gets a digital workbook summarising key concepts, the practice tasks from the session, and a short reading list. Managers receive a facilitator guide so they can reinforce the learning internally.
